Medical testing for diagnostic or treatment purposes, namely, in response to the submission by a licensed physician who has made a clinical diagnosis that a patient exhibits dementia and who has conducted a skin punch biopsy procedure on such patient, receiving in a laboratory the skin biopsy material, growing such biopsy material, measuring and detecting in such skin biopsy biomarkers indicative of a neurological disorder, and reporting such measurements and detection of the biomarkers to the licensed physician
