Computer hardware and recorded software systems that delivers haptic signals to a defined group of geo-centric recipients in closed physical environments, such as educational institutions, military bases, business offices, government offices and embassies, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, retail and dining locations, hotels, cruise ships, independent and assisted living facilities, and healthcare facilities, where the haptic signals are delivered by the system to a wearable device comprised primarily of a wearable for receiving notifications in the form of haptic signals, namely physical vibration, physical touch, or physical force feedback and where the of geo-centric recipients in closed physical environments are also on a closed network with the computer hardware and recorded software system residing on a local server for delivering the haptic signals to the wearable device, the system not used for tracking or collecting location data, biometric data, or a wearer's fitness activities but only for the delivery of haptic signals to signify an occurrence or event taking place in the closed physical environment.; INC.
