Sign language interpretation and providing information in the field of sign language, education and training related to hearing and speech disabilities and interpretation services for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing; educational communication assessments, namely, assessing communication and language skills and providing training regarding communication and language development in American sign language; training for deaf and hard of hearing people with mental retardation or emotional, behavioral, social and/or developmental problems in the fields of food preparation, cooking, diet, nutrition, exercise, personal hygiene, shopping, money management, use of public transportation and other skills necessary for independent living

Sign language interpretation and providing information in the field of sign language, education and training related to hearing and speech disabilities and interpretation services for persons who are deaf and hard of hearing; Mental health services, psychiatric evaluation and counseling, psychosocial assessments, psychotherapeutic and rehabilitative treatment, and drug and alcohol treatment, all for people who are deaf or hard of hearing who have emotional, behavioral, social and/or developmental problems, mental retardation or other mental illness; out-patient psychiatric counseling and support for adults, adolescents and children who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf-blind; group therapy and psychoeducation on topics such as anger management, stress management, conflict resolution, positive coping skills, symptom management, problem solving and expressing emotions *, all for people who are deaf or hard of hearing *; clinical communication assessments, namely, assessing communication and language skills for purposes of guiding treatment and training in language development to meet an individual's needs *, all for people who are deaf or hard of hearing *
