Testing, analysis and evaluation of dogs for the purpose of certification as therapy dogs | providing therapy dogs and handlers to hospitals, nursing homes and institutions for the purpose of providing companionship and comfort

DSR-DOG (S) means Disaster Stress Relief Dogs which have been specially selected to visit with families of victims as well as relief workers involved at sites following a national disaster

"THERAPY DOGS INTERNATIONAL"; VOLUNTEER SERVICES, NAMELY PROVIDING THERAPY DOGS AND HANDLERS TO HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES, AND INSTITUTIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING COMPANIONSHIP AND COMFORT TO PATIENTS

TDIA means THERAPY DOGS INTERNATIONAL -ACTIVE, a title given for the services of our volunteers to people To achieve the TDIA a volunteer must document 50 visits in an institutional setting or wherever else Therapy Dogs are needed

TDIAOV means THERAPY DOGS INTERNATIONAL - ACTIVE OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER It recognizes the services of our volunteers to people To achieve the TDIAOV a volunteer must document 150 visits in an institutional setting or wherever else Therapy Dogs are needed
