RUM CHATA

The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle including a cap, a widened and curved mid-section, a prominent curved taper up to a neck and a more gradual taper down to a bottom. An orange streak bearing green leaves and yellow and brown slices of pineapple appears near the top of the bottle. The wording "RUMCHATA" appears across the mid-section of the bottle in a gold stylized font. On the lower portion of the bottle appear additional yellow and brown pineapple slices, and a yellow and brown pineapple with green leaves. Other than the cap, all of the foregoing appears on a white background. The cap is a gold color and has a cylindrical shape which is taller than it is wide, a flat top, and a smooth side surface with a pair of outward rings separated by an inward ring toward the lower part of the cap. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle cap indicate placement of the bottle cap portion of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.

The colors green, orange, brown, yellow, gold and white are claimed as a feature of the mark.
