Food products, namely, edible candy, gummy candies, taffy candies, hard candies, chocolate candies, bakery goods and confectionaries consisting of grains, seeds, and nuts, all of the foregoing goods contain ingredients solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of the foregoing goods contain CBD; Non-alcoholic drinks, namely, tea, lemonade, syrup, seltzer, water, and shots that can be consumed with or without fruit juices and sodas, all of the foregoing goods contain ingredients solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of the foregoing goods contain CBD
