Educational services, namely, oral deaf training programs for deaf and profoundly hard of hearing children from birth through the equivalent of the third grade; Individualized auditory-oral therapy for very young infants and at risk babies who are deaf or hard of hearing provided in the home or school setting; group auditory-oral therapy for toddlers with hearing loss to enhance, facilitate and accelerate language development and auditory skills; Providing medical services to infants and children through the profession of audiology, namely, clinical audiological evaluation, diagnosis, early intervention, assistive listening devices fitting services, habilitation, and counseling to maximize the educational, social and communication outcomes for children with hearing loss
