the providing of education and entertainment services pertaining to the history of college baseball, its teams and players, including without limitation the following-- the collection and dissemination of the historical and biographical material; the operation of a permanent exhibit hall; the providing of educational information regarding college baseball; the conducting of ceremonies honoring outstanding college baseball personalities and selecting of such personalities; and the conducting of entertainment exhibitions; the providing of services to members of public, including (a) retail store services featuring bats, balls, gloves, games, glassware, ceramic ware, plates, framed artwork, plaques, photographs and prints, sculptures and figurines, chess sets, wooden boxes, Christmas ornaments, clothing, bags, luggage, team uniforms, jewelry, books, audio and video tapes, trading cards, postcards, posters, pens, pencils, magnets, key chains and other similar novelty items; and (b) the providing of space for fundraising activities, receptions, banquets and other similar activities
