Community outreach and education services, namely, providing outreach health and oral health related education programs regarding access to community resources for obtaining food, transportation, temporary housing and childcare in order to overcome barriers to obtaining dental care; Educational services, namely, quality performance initiative award programs designed to increase access to dental care and to improve utilization of preventive dental services among individuals in need; School-based education services provided to health professionals and students, to private and government entities, namely, school-based workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions regarding oral health education, demonstration proper brushing techniques, the necessity of oral health checkups, and information regarding welfare initiatives on health and all aspects of health, oral health screenings as well as distribution of dental hygiene kits in connection therewith; "COMMUNITY"
