Wearing apparel, namely, hats, jackets, shirts, shorts, sweaters, sweatpants | Charitable fundraising services | Youth clinics, namely, providing life skills and basketball instruction, providing at risk youth with a day-long learning seminar in the field of basketball and life skills and regular follow-up tutorial sessions to encourage lifelong habits that lead to good physical and mental health; education services in the nature of providing life skills tutorial sessions in the fields of cyber safety, anti-bullying, financial literacy, health and wellness, and basketball skills; Organizing and conducting athletic competitions in the field of basketball; providing youth basketball clinics and life skills workshops in the field of wellness strategies, anti-bullying and anti-violence, crime prevention, and prevention of inactivity; education services in the nature of conducting educational programs designed to enhance a student's critical decision making skills, provide positive role models, and encourage positive thinking, strategies and approaches to combat negative behaviors and poor decision making, thus fortifying each attendee with a new set of positive skills, and also including social events which provide the participants with an opportunity to socialize with one another during a lunch hour where healthy foods are served and encouraged
