Class 009: Downloadable and cloud-based software applications in the fields of forestry, reforestation, forest restoration, conservation, carbon projects, and environmental monitoring, namely, computer software for managing the full forest-restoration lifecycle from site planning, seed collection, seed banking, and nursery production to field planting, growth monitoring, and carbon accounting; computer software for use in locating, managing, accessing, and exchanging forestry project data in centralized databases, including seed and seedling inventories, nursery stock, planting locations, sampling plots, and monitoring observations, and for analyzing and generating reports, dashboards, and metrics related to forest health, survival, biomass, and carbon performance; computer software for collecting, validating, and synchronizing georeferenced field data, photos, and measurements via mobile devices with offline capabilities; computer software for use in tracking project milestones, legal and financial documentation, and accelerator requirements for forest-carbon and nature-based projects, and for producing standardized reports and funder-facing portals that provide transparent, auditable views of project progress and impact; downloadable mobile applications and web-based applications that enable forestry teams, communities, NGOs, and investors to plan, monitor, and analyze native, biodiverse reforestation projects worldwide.
