FOR USE ON PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION MAGAZINES, TRADE HANDBOOKS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, SURVEYS, INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS, FORMS, BROCHURES, AND PAMPHLETS; FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATON SERVICES WITHIN THE ACCOUNTING INDUSTRY - NAMELY THE CONDUCTING OF MEETINGS, CONVENTIONS,AND SEMINARS AND THE PUBLICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF MAGAZINES, NEWSLETTERS,BROCHURES, AND OTHER LIKE WRITTEN MATERIALS DEALING WITH THE ACCOUNTING PROFESSION; FOR ASSOCIATION SERVICES - NAMELY PROMOTING THE INTERESTS OF MEMBER CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS AND PROVIDING SERVICE TO MEMBERS INCLUDING CONDUCTING SURVEYS, PROMOTING THE ACCOUNTING PROFESSION, AND PROVIDING CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS
