The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of goods consisting of the overall shape of a manual knife sharpener having on one half a rounded upper surface with tapered sides terminating at a flattened horizontal lower surface on each side and on the other half a pair of cavities each containing pair of crossed blades at pre-set angles terminating midway toward the lower surface and an inverted V-shaped bottom running parallel with the length of the sharpener with flattened lips on each side of the inverted V shape. The matter shown by the broken lines is not a part of the mark and it serves only to show that the crossed blade sharpening elements located in the two cavities of the sharpener are not claimed as part of the mark. The lines of the knife sharpener itself are intended to indicate the three-dimensional shape of the knife sharpener and do not indicate color. All elements of the drawing constitute and are claimed as part of the mark except for the sharpening elements encompassed by the broken lines.
