The mark consists of a rectangular shape outlined in silver. At the top appears a teal rectangle upon which appears a semi-circular mandala in which flower pedals and irregular shapes are outlined in silver, within and between which appears the teal background. At the bottom of the teal rectangle appears a semi-circle, and a silver line extends across the bottom of this rectangle and the semicircle. At the right of the teal rectangle appears a white circle outlined in silver that extends beyond the teal rectangle. Within the centered semicircle appears an orange circular emblem, the lines of which outline the orange pedals of a flower on white. At the top of the circular emblem appears the wording "BRIDGE THE GAP" in brown, with a brown dot at either side of the emblem, and at the bottom of the emblem appears the wording "EVERY SMILE MATTERS" in brown. Below that wording appears the stacked wording "GURU NANDA" in brown with a brown line appearing between those terms. Below that rectangle appears a teal band with a silver line at its top and bottom, all above a white band appears a white band.
