WATERBIRD

The mark consists of a design appearing on three-dimensional beverage can packaging for the goods. The design consists of a bold horizontal band encircling the upper portion of the can containing the wording ”WATERBIRD” in large block letters. The design consists of a darker upper half and a lighter lower half, a stylized rendition of a bird created by a smaller water-drop shape facing right positioned above and slightly to the right of a larger water-drop shape facing left is right in the middle of the darker and lower half. The lower portion of the can features two parallel horizontal lines above the base of the rim with a vertical rectangular shape centered between the lines. The dotted outline of the packaging is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark.
