CROWN ROYAL

The mark consists of the following elements appearing on a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with broad shoulders narrowing to the base and its cap. The center of the bottle has a panel consisting of an arch along the top with sides that are parallel to the bottle and that narrow to a flat base. The panel has a frame consisting of parallel lines that extend from the bottom of the panel to create a geometric pattern of diamond shapes with one smaller diamond shape in the center. At the top of the panel and along its sides is an intersecting geometric design. The literal element "CROWN ROYAL" is written in stylized lettering on the center of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the neck, lip, and overall shape of the bottle are not part of the mark.
