conducting educational seminars and educational programs regarding engineered wood products, particleboard, Medium Density Fiberboard, and other compatible products; development and dissemination of information for others in the field of engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and other compatible products via publications, videos, training aids and other materials; publication of books, technical bulletins, pamphlets and other printed materials regarding engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and other compatible products; publication of industry reports on capacity, shipments, end uses and plant safety performance of engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and other compatible products; printed instructional and educational materials relating to engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and other compatible products; books, newsletters and other printed materials, namely, booklets, brochures, technical bulletins, flyers, leaflets, loose-leafs, and pamphlets regarding engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, MDF, and other compatible products; Applicant has adopted and is exercising legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce by its members. Applicant controls the use of the mark by the members by evaluating the member' compliance with guidelines and quality control standards and regulating the use of the mark by members on publications by or for the constituent membership of the organization, on flags, pennants and banners used in connection with trade shows and trade publications by or for the constituent membership of the organization and on membership cards, CPA certification cards, decals or plaques for use on members' establishments or places of business, and other ways customary in the trade; technical consultation and research in the field of engineered wood products, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and other compatible products
