Drawing/Image Description
The mark consists of a raised, molded stipple design that appears as six horizontal rows going from smaller to larger as it goes from the top to bottom row, with the stipple placed just below the neck of the product packaging and extending unbroken around the entire package. The head and foot of a raised, molded lizard design is imposed over the stipple design in the front of the package and the body and tail of the lizard extend vertically toward the top of the package. Immediately underneath the stipple design and again at the bottom of the packaging is horizontal ribbing, which is comprised of a horizontal indented band with a corresponding horizontal protruding band. The mark is part of the packaging for the goods. The broken lines outlining the bottle and its cap including the bottle top ridges that are used to hold the bottle cap in place are intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
