The mark consists of a cartouche design consisting of a circle with a band around the perimeter of the circle, with the words "A TASTE OF PARADISE" within the band of the circle, within the center of the circle is the image of clouds over the image of an island split by a body of water, an airplane, and a stylized image of a palm tree, at the bottom of the circle is a furled ribbon band with the top of agave leaves at both ends of the furled ribbon and the word "PREMIUM" in the center of the furled ribbon, and below that is a larger furled ribbon containing the word "MARGARITAVILLE" in the center.
