The trademark consists of an imprint depicting the wording "FERRARI ROMA SPIDER" in fancy characters surrounded with shadings evoking a three-dimensional effect, the verbal expression "ROMA" being larger in size and with a progression slightly inclined to the right, the letter "R" having the vertical stroke detached from the upper stroke, which extends to the left and is flanked on the left by the expression "FERRARI", the latter with the letter "F" having the upper horizontal stroke extending to surmount the remaining letters excluding the final I which is surmounted by a small quadrilateral figure, said letter "R" having the lower oblique stroke extending under the letter "O" and with the end flanked on the right by the term "SPIDER", in turn placed partially under the remaining letters of "ROMA".
