The mark consists of the following trade dress appearing on a three dimensional configuration of the packaging for the goods, which comprises a white rectangular box. On one panel of the box appears the word "TAITTINGER" in red and four silver bubbles of different sizes with a 3D-lens-effect. One silver bubble appears behind the letter "T"; one above the letter "I"; one behind the letter "G"; and one behind the letters "E" and "R". On the front panel of the box appears four more silver bubbles from top to bottom and three circular medallions. The three medallions appear variously in red, silver, black and white, and each medallion consists, in whole or in part, of a knight in armor in the center of the circle on a horse with a cross flag and holding a sword and shield. The Latin wording "SIGILL THEUBALDI COMITIS CAMPANIE ET BRIE PALATINI" in stylized font used as a seal in the circle is also part of the medallion. The dotted lines depicting the rectangular-shaped box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
