The mark consists of two sets of overlapping hook and overlapping hook and loop fasteners on the belt in the front of waistband and the belt which is wrapped around the waistband twice with the top portion of the belt being flush with the waistband of the shorts with both upper and lower bands of the belt sewn into place on the waistband. The zipper area and front of the shorts are secured in the zipper area and front by a hook and loop fastener which allows the user to adjust to proper size.
