The mark consists of the stylized word elements "LA BANDA" in Bold typeface with diagonal linear breaks across each letter running in a downwards direction from the left to the right and three-dimensional shading, wherein the word "LA" is presented in a smaller font in close proximity to the word "BANDA." On the bottom left outer curve of the "B" in "BANDA" and on the inner left point of the latter A in "BANDA" are depictions of small circular spotlights emitting reflected rays of light. On top of each letter of the word "BANDA" is a silhouette of a male performer, five in total. The first, third, fourth and fifth silhouettes display the performer with a raised right hand, whereas the second silhouette has the left hand raised. Each silhouette stands with his legs separated (in varying degrees) and each holds his other non-raised hand near his face, as if holding a microphone. Behind the literal elements and figures are very small circular dots of light that mimic starlight and broad angled stage lights that project shadows and bright rays across the image. In front of the stage are silhouettes of the raised hands of the audience.
