The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of product packaging in the nature of a box for color drawing utensils such as crayons, color pencils, marks and the like. The package is yellow with a multi-color design of yellow, blue, green, orange, red, pink, and purple running side-to-side at a lower end of the box and an upper semicircular opening through which some of the contents of the packaging can be seen. Below the opening is an arch comprised of a curved line and below the curved line appears an arch composed of small circles above the term "CRA-Z-ART." A red ellipse is positioned in the center at the lower area of the packaging. The dotted lines forming the shape of the package and the outlines of the drawing utensils are not part of the mark and are merely intended to show the position of the mark.
