The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of an oval pendant that appears to hang from the neck of a fragrance bottle by an L-shaped bracket. The oval pendant has two circles formed by privation that are oriented vertically with respect to each other along the center vertical axis of the oval shape. The contour lines within the oval shape indicate the three- dimensional curvature of the pendant, which rises from the edge to the outer perimeters of the inner circles and then falls into the vertical axis area of the oval, the fall corresponding with the breadth of the circles.
