Goods
The mark consists of the product packaging for the goods. The entirety of the mark appears on a red background, solid around the borders and with the design of red and orange flames appearing around the packaging. The negative space around the flames at the top of the product packaging appears in orange. On the right of the background, written sideways from bottom to top in a dark shade of red is the wording "GASOLINA". The white wording "STRAW INSIDE" appears on the top left side of the background with a white, left-pointing arrow to the left of the wording. The phrase "READY 2 DRINK!" appears in the top right side of the packaging, written in red and outlined in yellow and black. Beneath the wording "READY 2 DRINK!" is the wording "COCKTAIL" appearing in yellow on a black background. A portion of a black circle, outlined in a broad grey stripe, appears across the lower left half of the packaging. Arced around this circular shape is the wording "!TU MADRAS!" in white. Appearing inside the black circular shape is a design of red flames with an orange outline, appearing on a circular gold background, outlined in orange. Immediately below this design is the wording "GASOLINA" in red, outlined in black, and appearing on a yellow background. This wording appears above the wording "URBAN BLENDS" in white and outlined in black. Within the black circular shape and behind the circle with the flame is the lick of a flame, shaded beige on the outside and orange on the inside. The broken lines depicting the shape of the packaging indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
The color(s) red, yellow, orange, grey, gold, beige, black and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
