The mark consists of a yellow band in the shape of a circle. Within the band are the words "INNER LAYER" at the top of the circle and "OUTER LAYER" at the bottom of the circle, both phrases are in black. In the center of the circle are 2 diamond-shaped objects that depict 2 square layers in perspective. The top diamond-shaped layer has a black diamond pattern on a gray background. Each black diamond is formed by graduated stripes. The bottom diamond-shaped layer is white with gray gradient to depict depth. A corner of the white diamond layer is obscured by the top layer. Behind the 2 diamonds is a black to gray gradient background.
