Design Mark 98210018

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a sandwich cookie comprising a circle. From the outside edge of the circle is a series of elliptical shapes extending inward to a circle that is composed of a series of alternating elliptical shapes and concentric circles. Inside the circle of elliptical shapes and concentric circles is a circle composed of a pattern of four triangles, each pointing to a small circle in the center of the set of four triangles. The outer side of each triangle is concave. Where the tips of the concave sides meet between each set of four triangles, is a small circle at the top and a small circle at the bottom. Toward the middle of the inner circle, are two triangle shapes on the top side pointing up and four triangle shapes on the bottom that alternate pointing up and pointing down. Centered between the two triangles on the bottom that point up is a larger stylized triangle with a three-rounded top edge. The various elements of the mark include shading, and that shading is not part of the mark but indicates depth.
