The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a can as product packaging for paint. The wording "KELLY-MOORE PAINTS" appears in black, stylized, capital letters, with "KELLY-MOORE" above "PAINTS", all against a white band that wraps around the paint can label. A gold horizontal band appears beneath the wording "PAINTS" and wraps around the paint can label. Beneath the gold band appears the wording "KEL-BOND", "HIGH PERFORMANCE", "ADHESION PLUS", "INTERIOR / EXTERIOR", and "PRIMER", all in white, capital, stylized letters and on separate lines against a red band that wraps around the paint can label. Beneath the word "PRIMER" appears a gold band above a gray band above a white band that all wrap around the paint can label. The broken lines depicting the shape of the can indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
The colors white, gold, red, gray, and black are claimed as a feature of the mark.
"HIGH PERFORMANCE", "PAINTS", "INTERIOR", "EXTERIOR", "ADHESION PLUS", and "PRIMER"
