MOBIL

The mark consists of a three-dimensional forecourt of a vehicle service station. A canopy with a horizontal band in blue displayed on the top two-thirds of the canopy and the bottom third of the canopy displayed in white. One side of the canopy contains a break, with the mark "MOBIL" displayed in blue and white, except for the letter "O, which is displayed in red and white. Underneath the canopy on the left is a blue, red, light blue, white and gray fuel dispenser with the color blue displayed in the middle and bottom portions of the dispenser. The middle portion of the dispenser contains a gray vertical rectangle next to the light blue vertical rectangle next to the red vertical rectangle. The bottom portion of the dispenser consists of a white panel with the word "MOBIL" on the left with the letters displayed in blue except for the "O" which is displayed in red, and a red flying horse on the right side of the white panel. The left side of the dispenser is in light gray with a series of dark gray circles. To the left of the dispenser is a red wedge protruding from the upper front of a column and a red half-moon like shaped structure is attached to the right side of the column. A red triangular shaped semi-arch structure is on the left of and over the dispenser. To the right of the dispenser is a red wedge protruding from the upper front of a column, a red half-moon like shaped structure is attached to the right side of the column, and a red triangular structure is protruding from the upper right side of the column. The color black is intended to indicate outlining and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The other matter shown in broken lines in the drawing demonstrates the positioning of the mark only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
