The mark consists of an inner equilateral triangle outlined by a second equilateral triangle. The inner triangle consists of three sections with the left section containing mountains behind a plain and underneath a sky, the right section containing three outlined waves, and the bottom section containing three five-pointed stars. The second equilateral triangle is a solid line broken by the word TRANSPORTATION in a stylized font on the left side, the word SECURITY in a stylized font on the right side, and the word LABORATORY in a stylized font on the bottom side.
