GleanMark offers four plans designed to scale from individual practitioners to large firms. Every plan includes unlimited USPTO search — the difference between tiers is in monitoring capacity and access to advanced tools.

Live pricing lives on the Pricing page. Per-seat rates, annual discounts, and exact monthly prices are set there and in your account's Billing page — those are the source of truth. This article describes what each tier includes; it intentionally avoids restating dollar amounts that can change.

DuPont likelihood-of-confusion analysis is unlimited on every paid tier — there's no per-analysis metering or overage.

What Each Plan Is For

Free

Try GleanMark with basic monitoring. Search is unlimited — add up to 3 trademarks and 1 tracked owner to see alerts in action. Good for evaluating the platform. You can also buy a single clearance report on demand without a subscription.

Starter

For solo practitioners or small portfolios. A single-seat plan with full access to Knockout Search, AI prosecution and TTAB summaries, unlimited DuPont analyses, a monthly allowance of knockout searches and OA drafts, and 5 Markus AI messages per month. One clearance report a month is included; after that, more are available on demand at a per-report price.

Professional

For active practitioners managing multiple clients. Per-seat pricing with unlimited monitored trademarks and unlimited tracked owners, unlimited Markus AI, client management, and watch search alerts that monitor new filings for keywords you choose. Two clearance reports a month are included for the whole account, then a per-report price. Knockout searches and OA drafts have higher per-seat monthly allowances; DuPont analysis is unlimited.

Max

For law firms and large practices. Unlimited monitoring, knockouts, OA drafts, and DuPont analyses, plus MCP API keys for integrating GleanMark into your existing tools and branded PDF exports for client deliverables. Clearance reports include a monthly per-seat allowance, then a per-report price after that. Max is per-seat with a volume discount at higher seat counts — see the Pricing page for current rates.

Overages

When you exceed a monthly allowance on a paid plan, two features are available on demand at a per-use price:

DuPont analysis has no overage — it's unlimited on all paid tiers. Search is always free and unlimited.

How Feature Gating Works

When you try to use a feature that's not included in your plan, GleanMark shows an upgrade prompt explaining what's available and how to access it. You're never blocked from browsing — gating applies to actions like running a knockout search or sending a Markus message.

Search is always free and unlimited. Data is free, actions are gated.

Changing Plans

Open Billing & Plans from your profile menu (/settings/billing) to:

• View your current plan and usage
• Upgrade or change your plan
• Manage payment and invoices through Stripe

Plan changes take effect immediately, and upgrades are prorated. For current per-seat rates and annual-billing savings, see the Pricing page.
