Description: Class 1: Adhesives and resins for use in the wood products industry, namely, adhesives and resins for manufacturing structural engineered wood products such as laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, glue-laminated timber (glulam), and finger-jointed lumber; resins and wax emulsions for use in the production of oriented strand board (OSB); resins for manufacturing particleboard and medium-density fiberboard (MDF) used in furniture, cabinetry, flooring, molding, millwork, and composite panels; resins and adhesives for manufacturing plywood and laminated veneer lumber; resin adhesives for manufacturing general wood products including plywood, particleboard, and fiberboard; bio-based and renewable adhesives incorporating natural components, namely, lignin, tannin, soy-derived polymers, cellulose derivatives, and other wood-derived materials for manufacturing engineered wood, composite panels, and other wood-based construction and furniture products; and chemical additives, catalysts, accelerators, and emission-control agents for use in adhesive and resin formulations for wood-based composites.
Class 17: Adhesive compositions, sealants, and bonding films for industrial use in the manufacture of wood and composite products; thermosetting resin films and prepolymers for bonding wood veneers, laminates, particleboard, and fiberboard; semi-processed synthetic resin adhesives for use in structural wood components; water-resistant and heat-curable adhesive sheets and films for industrial lamination and assembly of engineered wood; and bio-based adhesive and sealant compositions incorporating lignin, tannin, and other natural polymers for use in manufacturing wood-based products.
Class 19: Engineered wood and composite building materials, namely, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), glue-laminated timber (glulam), I-joists, oriented strand board (OSB), plywood, particleboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and structural composite lumber, all of the foregoing incorporating or bonded with synthetic or bio-based adhesives and resins including phenolic, amino, melamine, resorcinol, or lignin-based formulations; and non-metal decorative and structural wood panels for use in construction, furniture, cabinetry, flooring, and millwork.
Class 20: Furniture and furniture components made in whole or in part of engineered wood or composite materials, namely, tables, desks, shelving, cabinets, countertops, work surfaces, and millwork; prefabricated non-metal furniture parts, panels, and assemblies composed of laminated veneer lumber (LVL), plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), particleboard, or medium-density fiberboard (MDF) bonded with synthetic or bio-based adhesives and resins; and non-metal decorative wood products, namely, moldings, trims, and wall panels for interior applications.
