Description: Class 41: Educational services, namely, classes, workshops, seminars, one-on-one instruction, in the field of personal development for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including development in the areas of communication, self-awareness, speech, social skills, general well-being and activities of daily living and life enrichment; educational services being vocational training, namely, classes, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one instruction for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities so that they may pursue an array of vocational opportunities including obtaining a job or being involved in an employment or volunteer environment based on their individual abilities and personal goals
Class 43: Providing temporary accommodations, namely, residential housing services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities; providing temporary accommodations, namely, residential housing services being adult day care respite services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Class 44: Medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Class 45: Personal support and case management services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families and representatives; providing non-medical personal support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the nature of planning, organizing, coordinating, arranging, and assisting them to perform daily tasks and live as independently as possible or desired; providing non-medical personal support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities being case management in the nature of planning, organizing, coordinating, arranging and assisting them to live full and meaningful lives with fullness of dignity and personal choice based upon individualized program plans
