Providing temporary use of non-downloadable MIS (Management Information System) software, namely, non-downloadable software that enables government and commercial organizations in the defense and military fields to manage and analyze data related to computer hardware and/or electronic equipment, namely, device location, performance, maintenance, contract, finance, supply chain, project and program data, all for the purpose of decision support, but excluding software for use in the operation and management of oil and gas wells and for business data collection and analysis related to buildings and built environments

Providing temporary use of non-downloadable MIS (Management Information System) software, namely, non-downloadable software that enables government and commercial organizations in the defense and military fields to manage and analyze data related to computer hardware and/or electronic equipment, namely, device location, performance, maintenance, contract, finance, supply chain, project and program data, all for the purpose of decision support, but excluding software for use in the operation and management of oil and gas wells and for business data collection and analysis related to buildings and built environments
