The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a jobber truck for use in the provision of services featuring a green truck cab with a white stylized polygon on the door of the cab. Superimposed upon the white polygon is a stylized green dinosaur underneath the word "SINCLAIR" in red stylized font. The mark continues on the jobber truck tanker trailer with the left side of the truck being a green graphic design that arcs out toward the right side. The outer right edge of the arc is dark green in color and the upper portion of the area between the outer left edge of the truck and the inner edge of the arc graduates from green to light green to white before meeting the dark outer edge of the arc. The space from the dark green start of the arc to the end of the trailer is white in color. In the upper right corner of the edge of the trailer is a stylized polygon defined by a green outline, the inside of which is white with a stylized green dinosaur under the word "SINCLAIR" in red stylized font. The other matter shown in broken lines depicting the jobber truck tanker, inclusive of the truck cab, cab door, truck trailer, wheels, step into the cab and trailer, mud flaps, and outer railing, demonstrates placement of the mark only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
