The mark consists of three concentric circles resembling a five-spoke wheel. It has five large spokes extending from the center or "hub" at approximate even intervals, and eight partial spokes two of which are slightly bent and all of which have spiky points extending from the hub at uneven intervals. There is ink splatter throughout the design, and the hub and splatter are somewhat nebulous in appearance. The splatter causes breaks in the outer circle where it overlaps.
