The mark consists of a configuration of product packaging for bar chocolate consisting of a rectangular border of a vine with leaves and nuts; centered near the top of the bar is the name "ROYCE'", beneath it is the wording "Maccha Bar Chocolate", with a horizontal line above it, beneath that appears the wording "Almond Pecannut Cashewnut Macadamia Nutty puff in Maccha Chocolate", with a horizontal line below it; and beneath that are Japanese characters, which translate to "ROYCE' Maccha Bar Chocolate". Centered vertically on the bar is a band which extends from the top to the bottom of the bar, which is superimposed over the vine detail, but is behind all of the lettering. The matter shown in dotted lines is not part of the mark and only serves to show the position or placement of the mark.
"MACCHA BAR CHOCOLATE" AND "ALMOND PECAN NUT CASHEW NUT MACADAMIA NUT NUTTY PUFF IN MACCHA CHOCOLATE" AND THE NON-LATIN CHARACTERS THAT TRANSLITERATE TO "MACCHA BA CHOKORTETO"
The English translation of the Japanese characters in the mark is "ROYCE' Maccha Bar Chocolate".
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to "roizu maccha ba chokorteto" and this means "ROYCE MACCHA BAR CHOCOLATE" in English.
