The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration in the nature of product packaging of a one-half gallon plastic milk jug. The jug features a rectangular base, four vertical panels, a handle, and a neck. The rear panel and side panels have a top tapered portion forming a partial pyramid and the neck is positioned at the apex thereof. The front panel has a recessed top portion and the side panels have cutouts around the recessed top portion of the front panel. The connecting edges of the vertical panels are chamfered. The handle extends vertically from the neck to the middle of the top edge of the bottom portion of the front panel, in front of the recessed portion of the jug. A circular recessed portion is provided on a side panel, a label area is provided on the bottom portion of the front panel, and a cap is provided on the top of the neck. The cap, neck, rectangular base, label area, and recessed portion of the side panel are depicted in dotted / broken lines to show the placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark
