THOMAS' ORIGINAL

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging. The shape of the packaging is not being claimed as a part of the mark and the dotted lines only show the position or placement of the mark on the packaging. The mark consists of an orange rectangle with a curved top outlined in brown with a thin white line on the inside of the rectangle outline with the stylized word "THOMAS'" in brown outlined with white appearing in the rectangle; to the right of the rectangle is an orange banner with the word "ORIGINAL" in white. Running the length of the packaging and at the bottom is a strip of orange. The packaging has a tail at one end with miniature orange horse and carriage images repeated on the tail. The remaining white represents transparent area and is not part of the mark.
