Also within this band is a design consisting of a gray bombshell with four gray lightning bolts protruding from the sides, within which is a five-point star, and a gray laurel underneath On top of the bombshell is a gray laurel, within which is a five-point star. Within this is a circular field, in gray, within which are the words "ESTABLISHED IN 1940", in white. Within this field is a brown buzzard with a pink neck and head, and yellow beak and claws, outlined in black, sitting atop gray bomb with black stippling on the bottom and sides and outlined in black with a gold fuse outlined in black with a red and orange flame, within which is the word "EOD" in red, bordered in black. Behind the bomb is a pickaxe with a brown shaft and a gray blade, outlined in black, around which is wrapped a golden noose with the loop around the blade outlined in black.
