The Billing page shows your current plan, usage, payment methods, and invoices. Upgrade, manage seats, and apply promo codes from here.

How to Access

Go to Settings > Billing & Plans (/settings/billing), or select "Billing & Plans" from your profile menu.

What's on the Page

Current Plan

Your active plan tier (Free, Starter, Professional, or Firm), billing cycle (monthly or annual), and next billing date. If you're on a trial, the remaining days are shown.

Usage Dashboard

See your current usage against plan limits:

  • Monitored trademarks
  • Tracked owners
  • Knockout searches used this month
  • Markus AI messages used this month
  • OA drafts used this month

Seat Management

For Professional and Firm plans, manage the number of seats in your organization. Each seat adds capacity for an additional team member.

Payment Methods

Add, update, or remove credit cards. Access the Stripe customer portal for detailed payment management.

Invoices

View and download past invoices.

Promo Codes

Apply promotional codes for discounts or extended trials.

Changing Plans

Click Upgrade to switch to a higher plan. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

To downgrade, contact support — we'll help ensure your data is preserved within the new plan's limits.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from the billing page. The cancellation flow collects feedback to help us improve. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Tips

  • Check usage regularly — the usage dashboard shows how close you are to plan limits
  • Apply promo codes before upgrading — some promotions only work on specific tiers
  • Annual billing saves ~16% on all paid plans
