Team Management lets you invite colleagues, assign roles, and control access to your GleanMark organization. Available for organizations on Professional and Firm plans.

How to Access

Go to Settings > Team Management (/settings/team), or select "Team Management" from your profile menu.

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role
  4. Send the invitation

Invitees receive an email with a link to join your organization. You can resend or revoke pending invitations.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull control over organization, billing, and ownership transfer. Highest privilege.
AdminFull access. Manage team, billing, organization settings, and all features.
Team MemberFull product access for staff members. Cannot manage billing or organization settings.
ContractorTime-limited access with an expiration date. Same feature access as Team Member while active.
Client UserRestricted access. Can view shared portfolios and reports relevant to their account.

Managing Members

From the Team Management page:

  • Change roles — promote or adjust access levels
  • Deactivate — suspend a member's access without removing them
  • Reactivate — restore a deactivated member
  • Set contractor expiration — define when contractor access ends

Seat Usage

The page shows your current seat usage against your plan's limit. Professional and Firm plans are per-seat — each active member uses a seat.

Tips

  • Use the Contractor role for temporary consultants or project-based team members
  • Use Client User for clients who need to view their portfolios and reports but shouldn't access your full workspace
  • Deactivate rather than delete when someone is temporarily unavailable — their data and history are preserved
