The team behind GleanMark

Manage your team — invite colleagues, assign roles, and control access — from your organization's settings. Available for organizations on Professional and Max plans.

How to Access

Team management lives under Settings > Organization (/settings/organization). Open the Members tab to see your team. The page has these tabs:

  • Members — active team members
  • Invitations — pending invites you can resend or revoke
  • Deactivated — suspended members you can reactivate
  • Seats & Plan — seat usage and plan management

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role
  4. Send the invitation

Invitees receive an email with a link to join your organization. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from the Invitations tab.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerThe single organization owner. Full control, including billing, plan changes, seat resizing, and ownership transfer. Set when the org is created; reassigned by transferring ownership — not by invitation.
AdministratorManage team members and organization settings. Can invite, deactivate, and reassign roles, assign seats, and view invoices — but cannot manage billing or change the plan (those are reserved for the Owner).
Team MemberFull product access for staff members. Cannot manage the team, billing, or organization settings.
ContractorTime-limited access with an expiration date. Same feature access as Team Member while active.
ClientRestricted access to their own trademarks only.

Managing Members

From the Members tab:

  • Change roles — promote or adjust access levels
  • Deactivate — suspend a member's access without removing them
  • Reactivate — restore a deactivated member (from the Deactivated tab)
  • Set contractor expiration — define when contractor access ends

Seat Usage

The Seats & Plan tab shows your current seat usage against your plan's limit. Professional and Max plans are per-seat — each active member uses a seat.

Tips

  • Use the Contractor role for temporary consultants or project-based team members
  • Use the Client role for clients who need access to their own trademarks but shouldn't see your full workspace
  • Deactivate rather than delete when someone is temporarily unavailable — their data and history are preserved
