Client Management for Firms

Client Management lets law firms and organizations organize their trademark work by client. Link portfolios, tracked owners, and TTAB proceedings to specific clients, then generate reports and track activity per client.
What You Can Do
- Create client records with contact information
- Link portfolios and tracked owners to clients
- View per-client trademark activity and alerts
- Track collaboration (notes, documents) per client
- Generate PDF client reports
- Search and filter across all clients
How It Works
- Navigate to Clients — click "Clients" under Monitor in the sidebar, or go to
/clients - Add a client — click "New Client" and enter their details
- Link portfolios — when creating or editing a portfolio, assign it to a client
- View client detail — click any client to see their complete trademark picture
Client Detail Page
The client detail page (/clients/:clientId) shows:
- Contact information — name, company, email, phone
- Portfolios — all portfolios assigned to this client with mark counts and alert activity
- Tracked owners — owners being monitored for this client
- TTAB proceedings — proceedings relevant to the client's marks
- Saved watches — watch searches associated with this client
- Activity feed — recent activity across all client marks
Client Reports
Generate a PDF report for any client via the export button on their detail page. Reports include portfolio summaries, trademark status breakdowns, and recent activity — formatted for client deliverables.
Availability
Client Management requires an organization (team account). It's available on Professional and Firm plans.
Tips
- Create clients before portfolios — then assign portfolios during creation for clean organization
- Use the activity feed to prepare for client calls — see everything that's happened since your last conversation
- Generate reports monthly as a standard client deliverable
